Research

The SROC's location in the heart of Minnesota's farm country allow us to explore the areas where agriculture and ecosystems connect. Livestock and crop research at the center is focused on both agricultural productivity and environmental sustainability. We share our findings with nearby communities to benefit southern Minnesota.

SROC’s agricultural land is used for both research and general crop production to support the center’s operations.
